1. Course Access
After successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course.
Course access is provided only to the registered account used during purchase.
This course is a dedicated learning program focused primarily on 2D Animation. The video editing lessons included in the course are specifically intended to teach students how to edit and assemble 2D animated videos and related animation projects.
The course is provided for educational and skill-development purposes.
2. Personal Use & Account Sharing
This course is intended for your personal learning and educational use only.
You may not:
- Share your login credentials with others.
- Allow multiple users to access your account.
- Upload course videos or files to any other website, platform, cloud storage, or file-sharing service.
- Copy, distribute, reproduce, record, or redistribute course content.
- Sell, sublicense, resell, or transfer the course or any part of it.
- Use the course content itself for commercial redistribution or resale.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.
3. Course Assets & Learning Materials
The assets, project files, templates, graphics, audio files, video files, and other downloadable materials provided with the course are supplied primarily for educational and learning purposes.
These materials are intended to help students understand and practice the techniques taught in the course and to make the learning process easier.
Unless a particular asset is explicitly stated to carry a separate commercial-use license, the included assets must not be treated as commercially licensed stock content.
You may use the provided materials for:

You may not:

If you choose to use any provided asset in a commercial project, monetized content, advertisement, client work, product, service, or other revenue-generating activity, you are responsible for determining whether you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to do so.
Cartoon Smash Academy does not guarantee that every included asset is independently licensed for unrestricted commercial use. Any copyright claim, licensing dispute, takedown, or other legal issue arising from a student's unauthorized or improper use of an asset will be the responsibility of the student/user.
Where an asset is subject to a separate license or usage restriction, that license or restriction will take precedence over these Terms.
4. Software & Tools Provided for Learning
Any software, applications, plugins, tools, installers, or related resources provided or referenced as part of the course are intended solely to facilitate the student's learning experience and course practice.
Such software or tools are not provided as a commercial license, business license, or authorization to use third-party software beyond the rights granted by the respective software owner or license provider.
Students are responsible for complying with the applicable terms, licenses, subscription requirements, and usage restrictions of any third-party software used during or after the course.
Cartoon Smash Academy does not grant ownership of, or commercial licensing rights to, any third-party software, plugins, applications, or services.
If a particular software product requires a separate paid license or subscription for commercial use, the student is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the appropriate license.
5. Intellectual Property
All original course videos, graphics, animations, PDFs, downloadable resources, source files, logos, branding materials, written materials, and other course content created by Cartoon Smash Academy remain the intellectual property of Cartoon Smash Academy or their respective copyright owners.
Unauthorized copying, recording, reproduction, distribution, public sharing, commercial resale, or redistribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
Third-party assets, software, plugins, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their applicable licenses and terms.
6. Payment
This course requires a one-time payment.
Prices, offers, discounts, and course fees may change at any time without prior notice.
The applicable price at the time of purchase will be the price charged to the customer.
7. Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
Because this is a digital course that provides access to course content and downloadable learning materials after successful payment, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are generally not provided after access has been granted.

8. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in:
- Sharing login credentials.
- Course piracy.
- Unauthorized recording or distribution of course content.
- Unauthorized distribution or resale of course materials.

- Copyright or intellectual-property violations.
- Fraudulent activities.
- Abuse or misuse of the platform.
No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide a useful and effective learning experience, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placement, freelance projects, income, business success, or other individual results.
We are not responsible for:
- Internet connectivity issues.
- Device or software compatibility problems.
- Temporary website or platform downtime.
- Data loss caused by user negligence.
- Issues arising from third-party software, plugins, services, or platforms.
- Copyright, licensing, or legal issues resulting from a student's unauthorized use of third-party assets, software, or other materials.
Students are responsible for ensuring that their use of third-party materials complies with applicable laws, licenses, and terms of use.
